OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
In accordance with the Greek government’s decision to suspend the operation of all seasonal tourist accommodation until April 30, 2020 until further notice, we are updating our cancellation policy, with a view to offering guests flexibility in their travel plans.
All refundable or non-refundable bookings for the season 2020 with arrival date by 30.04.20 made prior to todaycan be modified without penalty until 30.04.20 for future travel through season 2020 or 2021 or may be cancelled. Contact us directly or the platforms/travel agencies depending where you made your reservation.
Refundable bookings made prior to today and scheduled to arrive between May 1st and end of season 2020, are subject to the bellow cancelation policy: In case of cancellation 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival 50% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees. In case of cancellation 24hours prior to arrival, non-show or of departure earlier than the scheduled one, the total cost of the reservation is required

"HEALTH FIRST” SAFETY PROTOCOLS ARE IN PLACE
Considering the health and safety of our guests and staff as our top priority, we assure you that our integrated Health and Safety plan foresees all measures, specifications and procedures across all the residence departments to address the new COVID-19 and any disease that can transmitted in the community, in accordance to the World Health Organization, the Greek Ministry of Health and local authorities:
- Intensified cleaning and hygiene protocols
- Extensive cleaning and disinfection across all high-volume touch points e.g. WCs, public areas, as well as exposed surfaces such as door handles, with anti-bacterial liquids
- Disinfection of rooms
- Provision of disinfectant dispensers in public areas for our guests
- Strict hand hygiene policies for our team members before eating or preparing food
